Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility

  • Due to the nature of our services, all sales of consulting packages are final once payment is completed.

  • Refund requests will be considered only under exceptional circumstances, solely at Piedmont Software's discretion.

Exceptional Circumstances

  • Documented cases where services could not be delivered due to reasons directly attributable to Piedmont Software.

  • If approved, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Session Cancellation and Rescheduling

  • Sessions canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours' notice will not qualify for refunds or rescheduling.

  • No-shows without prior notice will result in the forfeiture of the session without refund eligibility.
