Refund Eligibility

Due to the nature of our services, all sales of consulting packages are final once payment is completed.

Refund requests will be considered only under exceptional circumstances, solely at Piedmont Software's discretion.
Exceptional Circumstances

Documented cases where services could not be delivered due to reasons directly attributable to Piedmont Software.

If approved, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Session Cancellation and Rescheduling
-
Sessions canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours' notice will not qualify for refunds or rescheduling.

No-shows without prior notice will result in the forfeiture of the session without refund eligibility.
